We have a colourful and impressive list of projects successfully completed since 2013. Some selected references are listed below:
Project: Barossa FPSO – BW Offshore
One complete steam generator skid including, kettle type hot water steam generator, pneumatically operated control and shut-down valves, condensate cooler, feedwater tank, 2 x 100% feedwater pumps, instruments and transmitters. The skid will be installed on ship deck and is Ex/IECEx safe for potentially explosive atmosphere.
Project: Maria Quitéria FPSO – Techouse
Two Steam Extraction Heaters (condensers), Plate & Shell heat exchanger model PSHE 12, duty 22MW, weight 12,3 tons each. Height 2,3 mtrs. Including spare platepack for maintenance.
Project:Maria Quitéria FPSO – Techouse
Two Condensate Coolers including Condensate Hotwell, Plate & Shell heat exchanger model PSHE 5/3, duty 690kW, weight 2,8 tons each. Height 3,8 mtrs. Including spare platepack for maintenance.
Project: Karish FPSO – KANFA
Four Flash Gas Compressor Coolers, design pressure up to 90 bar. 1 x 1st stage suction cooler, 1 x 2nd stage suction cooler, 1 x 3rd stage suction cooler, 1 x 3rd stage after cooler.
Project: Johan Castberg FPSO – Equinor
One complete shunt skid including, pneumatically operated 3 way valve, balancing valves, stop valves and instruments built to control chilled water for cooling applications on the FPSO. Pipes and equipment in SS AISI 316. The skid is Ex/ATEX safe for potentially explosive atmosphere.
Water/glycol pump skid – Tyra Gas Field Redevelopment (Total)
A complete pump skid built to circulate chilled water for cooling applications on the platform. Two centrifugal pumps each with capacity 258m3/hr supply water/glycol at 6 bar pressure. The skid includes expansion tank, pipeline equipment, instruments and junction boxes. Frame, pipes and equipment in SS AISI 316. Insulation with cellular foam glass with AISI 316 encapsuling. The skid is Ex/IECEx safe for potentially explosive atmosphere.
Water/glycol shunt skids – Tyra Gas Field Redevelopment (Total)
Two complete shunt skids including, pneumatically operated 3 way valve, balancing valves, stop valves and instruments built to control chilled water for cooling applications on the platform. Pipes and equipment in SS AISI 316. Insulation with cellular foam glass with AISI 316 encapsuling. The skids are Ex/IECEx safe for potentially explosive atmosphere.
High,- mid,- and low pressure valves – Gimi FLNG (Golar LNG)
Delivery of more than 480 pcs 1500/600/150lbs small bore valves from Bonney Forge for engine room/steam boiler refurbishment for GIMI FLNG in Keppel/Singapore. The delivery also includes larger valves and steam traps.
Steam pressure safety valves – Gimi FLNG (Golar LNG)
Delivery of 20 pcs 1500/900/150lbs pressure safety valves from Leser for engine room/steam boiler refurbishment for GIMI FLNG in Keppel/Singapore. Sizes from 11/2”x2” to 6”x8” and set pressures up to 92 barg.
MIDIA Black Sea Gas Development Project – Fjords Processing
One Lean/Rich TEG and one Lean/Rich MEG Plate & Shell heat exchangers delivered for the Midia Black Sea Gas project.
Tortue Gas Field, Mauritania/Senegal – BP/Technip FMC
- 3 port modulating control valves with 230V 60Hz EX de safe actuators, HART protocol
- 2 port on/off valves with 230V 60Hz EX de safe actuators, 24V dc control unit
Project: Peregrino C living quarter – Equinor
Two complete shunt/pipe skids including electrically operated 3 way valve, balancing valves, stop valves and instruments built to control chilled water for cooling applications on the platform. Pipes and equipment in carbon steel painted acc to project specifications. Insulated with external weather protection. The skids are Ex/IECEx safe for potentially explosive atmosphere.
